Procedure of Training
Purpose & Scope
  To ensure the effective training system for the employees, whose work affect the quality of service provided by company.
Responsibilities

Management Representative is responsible to arrange for the training after consultation with Chief Executive for resource allocation and keep all training records,

The department heads are responsible to identify the training needs of their employees And chief Executive will assess the training needs of department heads.

 

Procedures

Training needs are cvaluated on the basis of education, performance, experience etc. For the personel assigned for special tasks.

  • Once in every six months, Management Representative sends Training Record form (MR/4//013) to each department head and chief Executive to assess the training needs of their employees.

  • The training records form is sent back to the management Representative after having assessed the needs by indication ( + mark) in the respective employee box.
  • Management Representative discusses this with Chief Executive for allocation of resources to arrange for providing training.
  • After having provided training, the Management Representative fills out the training record box of the respective employee showing the training provided, date of training, comments and signature.

  • The training record is kept and maintained by Management Representative in separate training record file.

  • The effectiveness of training is evaluated from both trainer and trainee point of view in remarks box.
